Can anyone do it?

I am having troubles.

Monday & Tuesday....

I start my week well.

I have energy.

I go for evening walks.

I eat well.

Then the other days come.....\

I have no energy.

I can barely juggle and keep all the balls in the air.

Healthy eating is the first ball to drop.

Exercise is the next.

Then sleep.

How do people do it?

How do I put me first?

I need to work something out quicksmart!


  1. If you find the answer to the juggle, let me know. My balls get dropped all the time. Just gotta get to the bottom of why the healthy eating bit gets dropped in favour of comfort....

  2. Balls get dropped. It just happens. I try to ensure I have either "exercise" or "great diet" in the air at all least one of them. The weeks that both of those stay in the air are fantastic. The rest of the time, at least I don't gain! Don't be too hard on yourself. xo

  4. Hey Ali. I'm only just getting back into things again after a dreadful few months where old patterns re-emerged far too easily for my liking, so I can definitely relate.
