Sunday Weigh In

YES! I lost weight! Granted it was only 1kg, I am still very appy about it.

I have only made a few small changes this week bt they worked. I cut out TimTams (do they have them in America? If not then consider yourselves lucky that TimTams is one less temptation for you to not worry about), Increased my water intake and always made sure I had a bottle with me. This really helped keep hunger away.I started eating breakfast again to get my metabolism going in the morning and stop the high sugar cravings mid-morning.

So today I weigh 83kg. YAY!

  2. 1kg is great! I just loved "home" to Oz after 10 years in the USA. They just got tim tams there. I was so happy (at the time) They were called arnotts cookies. Funny. You are right that they were a temptation and probably contributed significantly to my situation today. Still they were GOOD.

  3. awesome work, I only had a 200g loss. I'm cutting down on my alcohol intake and upping my exercise. We will see how Thursday Weigh in fares.
