YES!!!!!!

I.

I can.

I can run.

I can run fast.

I can run fast for 5 minutes!


Okay so it's no marathon but geez I have come a long way.

I have been doing interval training on the treadmill.
Normally I do 2minutes of running at 10Km/hr then fast walking at 7Km/hr.
Well tonight I upped my intervals of running time to 5minutes!!!

HIGH FIVES ALL ROUND PLEASE! LOL!

  1. I love doing intervals on the treadmill. Well, maybe love is too strong a word:) And I have to admit that I only think in MPH so have no idea how fast you went but am impressed all the same. Great job!
